Quality Time – At least once per month you and your partner should set aside a little special meal time. It doesn’t have to be at an expensive five star restaurant. The purpose of the meal isn’t to splurge. The real purpose behind it is to give you a chance to be together. Eating is a very communal thing. You should take some time out to enjoy a meal alone with your partner.

Share A Meal, Share Your Life – Every couple needs some alone time. This could be burgers and fries at your favorite local fast food joint. It could also be packing a picnic and going to the park. The place and the food doesn’t matter. What matters is, you’re spending time alone. You’re talking with each other. It’s an opportunity for you to be face to face with each other. Mealtime was once a very important time for couples and families. Sadly, this isn’t the case any more. You need to make it important. Sitting together and eating at least once a month isn’t a very difficult task. If you can’t find the time to do that, then your relationship is on the rocks.

Slow Down and Enjoy Life – Go meet your partner at work and eat lunch with them. Go out of your way if needed. This is how important it is. Always find small pockets of time to spend with your partner. Communication is key to any relationship. Be open and build an atmosphere where anything can be talked about. Eating together is a very important part of this. Even if it’s just once a month. Do it. You’ll notice a difference. Improving your bond will result in more fun in the sack. Don’t believe it? Give it a try. The results will surprise you.
